Include your device, OS and app version, the steps and any error message. Please do not send ID photos.

Quick help

1. If camera access is denied, enable it in iOS Settings or import a photo instead.
2. If saving to Photos fails, allow Photos access in Settings or use Share to save to Files.
3. For accurate printing, match the L/2L paper size, print at 100%, disable fit-to-page and measure a test print. Choose larger paper rather than silently reducing required photo dimensions.
4. Touch and hold a project in Saved to delete it. Export important work before uninstalling the app.
